Steven Raichlen Potato Grill Rack

Press washed potatoes onto the upright prongs. Brush with olive oil, butter, or even bacon fat. Season generously with salt and pepper and place rack on grill. Metal conducts heat inside spuds for faster cooking. Serve with butter, sour cream, or barbecue sauce and, for extra flavor, toss a handful of wood chips on the fire!
