Made with ripe Oregon Blueberries soaked in premium brandy, crisp English Walnuts and a rich cake batter, this fruit cake is slow baked to sweet perfection. This twenty four ounce cake serves approximately 8-10. The fruitcake will last at least six months if stored in a cool, dry place. If opened reseal lightly in plastic and store in the refrigerator. A great fruit cake for any time of year!
