Here is our most popular Half Country Ham. This Southern Smokehouse ham has been hickory smoked and cooked by our 24-hour method which is the key to a tender ham. It makes entertaining a cinch because it is fully cooked and ready to serve. In fact you do not even need to slice it because we have already spiral sliced it. You just cut around the bone with a knife and the slices fall away. It is wonderful to keep in the refrigerator for nibbling between meals, for making noon-day sandwiches, or for an easy meal. It is best served at room temperature or gently heated. It is available pre-glazed or you can apply the glaze yourself. When we pre-glaze the ham, we must send the ham by 2nd day. When you apply the glaze, you save the 2nd day charges.
